MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCSC) – The Charleston County Coroner has identified the elderly woman who died following an incident with another resident of a Mount Pleasant assisted living facility.
Margarette Cooper, 84, died at MUSC on Aug. 24, the day after a reported assault at The Artisan, Chief Deputy Coroner Brittney Martin said.
Both the cause and manner of death are pending, Martin says. The final report is expected to take 10 to 12 weeks to complete…
