NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — North Charleston officially opened a new bridge this week, and city leaders say it’s about much more than traffic relief, it’s about safety, community, and connection.
Neighbors, city officials, and SC Ports representatives gathered Thursday morning to cut the ribbon on the new Cosgrove Avenue and McMillan Avenue overpass and pedestrian bridge.
