CHARLESTON, S.C. – A College of Charleston instructor was killed in the derailment of a streetcar in Portugal, killing 16 people and injuring 21 others.
Dr. Heather Hall, who passed in the accident that happened on Wednesday, was a Department of Teacher Education faculty member specializing in literacy and special education, according to the College of Charleston.
