SC250 Charleston and the South Carolina Battleground Preservation Trust, with support from the South Carolina American Revolution Sestercentennial Commission (SC250), invites the community to commemorate the first South Carolina flag, designed by General William Moultrie and first hoisted at Fort Johnson in September 1775.
