NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. — A South Carolina prison inmate has been arrested in connection with a murder he allegedly orchestrated from behind bars.
The North Charleston Police Department rearrested 33-year-old Darrell Kasey Williams in connection with a 2020 murder in which he’s now considered an accessory.
Investigators said that while in a state prison in Bennettsville, South Carolina, Williams used a cell phone to hire and communicate with a man named Quinton Taylor between April and May of that year. The victim, De’Andre Rivers, was killed on May 6. Taylor was on May 8, 2020…
