CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) — A 31-year-old man has been charged after authorities say he fired at the ground during an argument at a downtown Charleston apartment complex.
Charleston Police responded to the Bridgeview Village Apartments around 5 p.m. Monday for reports of shots being fired.
Police investigating Pawleys Island vehicle break-ins
A preliminary investigation determined that the suspect, later identified as Mikial Everetta Floyd, fired a shot into the ground before leaving the apartment complex in a vehicle.
