CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Mayor William Cogswell spoke with the public Wednesday night, answering questions from residents about the proposed district overlay zone, which would add a cancer research and care center to MUSC’s campus.
Things like stormwater management and building height are some main concerns for residents. Cogswell and other city leaders listened and provided reassurance that they are focused on addressing these concerns, while building top of the line cancer care to the state.
