Shortly before midnight on Thursday, Sept. 11, 2025, Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) deputies located and arrested Theodore Lamont Frazier, Jr., 23, of Seabrook.
Frazier was taken into custody on outstanding arrest warrants for aggravated breach of peace and pointing and presenting a firearm. He is currently being held at the Beaufort County Detention Center…
