BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) – Berkeley County emergency crews are investigating a home collapse that may have been the result of an explosion.
Berkeley County spokesman Taylor James says a call came in before 8 a.m. for a collapsed home on Rufus Lane in the Cordesville area, between Moncks Corner and Huger.
There were reports of a possible explosion and a person was potentially still inside the home before 10 a.m…
