SUMMERVILLE, S.C. ( WCIV) — What began as a stressful moving day quickly turned into a lifesaving moment when a Summerville woman’s fiancé suffered his first seizure in eight years.
Eia Richardson and her fiancé were moving into their new home when the medical emergency happened. Richardson had stepped away to handle new appliances, leaving her fiancé with two movers, Maurice Young and Laimeun Terry.
When the movers noticed they hadn’t seen Richardson’s fiancé for a while, they went to check and found him on the ground. The men immediately called 911 and Richardson. Following instructions from emergency responders, Young and Terry rolled him over, a step that EMS later said saved his life…
