CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – A slow moving area of low pressure is passing offshore today bringing another day of rainy, windy and cool conditions.
Today will be another cloudy day with the chance of showers, some heavy, off and on throughout the day. Temperatures will hold steady in the low to mid 60s throughout the day. Showers will begin to diminish tonight as the low pressure system starts to move north of the area. An early morning shower is possible on Monday but most of us should dry out very quickly. Clouds will give way to a return to sunshine on Monday with temperatures warming into the 70s.
Today will be another breezy day with winds out of the northwest at 10-20 mph and gusts up to 30 mph, especially near the coast. The breeze will slowly die down over the next 24 hours with much lighter winds to start out the new work and school week…
