Liberty Hill residents oppose North Charleston zoning change

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Residents in North Charleston’s oldest neighborhood are raising concerns about a proposed zoning change that could reshape the historic community.

People who live in Liberty Hill gathered on Monday night at North Charleston City Hall to voice their concerns about the zoning change, which could pave the way for a new townhome development on East Montague Avenue.
