CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a deadly Thursday morning crash on Maybank Highway.
Deputies responded to the intersection of Maybank Highway and Oak Grove Road just after 1:30 a.m. for reports of a vehicle running off the road and hitting a tree.
The driver, who was the only person in the car, died at the scene. Their identity will be released by the Charleston County Coroner’s Office when appropriate…
