BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) – The Berkeley County Coroner’s Office has released the name of a person who died in a Sunday afternoon crash.
Coroner Darnell Hartwell identified Sylvester Stinson III, 45, of Walterboro, as the victim of the crash.
