Dorchester County deputies arrest man after 30 minute high-speed chase

DORCHESTER COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – A man with outstanding warrants is facing additional charges Monday after he led Dorchester County deputies on a high-speed chase.

Deputies initiated a traffic stop around 1:22 p.m. after the driver of a blue Dodge Charger ran a stop sign on Orangeburg Road, according to the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office.

The driver, identified as Ronnie James Feagin, 51, continued leading to a pursuit that crossed several neighborhoods before ending near Cheyenne Road and Sinclair Road in Knightsville.
