CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) -Deputies with the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office are asking for the public’s help to solve a 15-year-old homicide case.
Fifteen years ago, on Oct. 23, 2010, 18-year-old Chad Montez Brown was shot during a private party at Pythian Castle Hall, the sheriff’s office said.
