CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division has charged a man after he allegedly harassed someone.
Mark Allen Boyce, 66, is charged with second-degree harassment.
The affidavit states that he allegedly called and questioned employees about someone back in March 2017.
