MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCSC) – A Mount Pleasant neighborhood paid special tribute to a school with a rich African American history and the teachers who taught there.
The Old Village Community Association held its second annual Laing School Tribute and Teacher Appreciation Day on Saturday afternoon at the Miriam M. Brown Community Center.
