BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — The Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information from the public to locate a North Charleston man who deputies say fled a traffic stop in Goose Creek and escaped on foot.
23-year-old William Gerrel David Miller is wanted after reportedly operating a vehicle with “defective equipment” and fleeing a traffic stop on Old State Road. Deputies pursued Miller into North Charleston, where he escaped on foot.
BCSO said Miller has outstanding warrants from the Charleston and Dorchester County sheriff’s offices, as well as the Summerville Police Department, and is considered a violent offender.
