NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A convicted felon was arrested on 25 charges following a Sunday morning pursuit that ended with a crash and foot chase.
An officer with the North Charleston Police Department was patrolling near hotels in the North Charleston area just before 12:30 a.m. when he saw a vehicle commit a traffic violation while leaving the North Charleston Lodge, officials said.
