CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – Law enforcement and local groups are removing one of three abandoned boats in the Ashley River.
Efforts to remove three sunken boats from the Safe Harbor Charleston City Marina anchorage and the Ashley River began on Tuesday morning.
