NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The North Charleston Police Department is searching for a missing vulnerable man, the agency said Thursday.
David Chapman, 33, was last seen at the Midland Park Residential Home on Thursday, Nov. 6, in a red shirt.
