NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The North Charleston Police Department responded Saturday to what they called an isolated shooting at Northwoods Mall.
It happened around 4:15 p.m., according to the agency. Once at the scene, police learned that a man had been shot outside the mall on the sidewalk.
