CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – What was a warm weekend in the Lowcountry will turn to very cold temperatures Monday and Tuesday.
The National Weather Service in Charleston issued a “freeze warning” from 9 p.m. Monday until 9 a.m. Tuesday ahead of a burst of very cold temperatures that started to move into the region overnight.
