CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) — The Charleston Area Regional Transportation Authority (CARTA) will offer free rides on its bus system to veterans and active-duty military personnel on Tuesday in honor of Veterans’ Day.
The promotion is available to United States armed service veterans and active-duty military personnel on November 11. It applies to all CARTA and TriCounty Link routes across Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester counties.
