Federal charges brought in connection with death of Charleston attorney David Aylor

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A man is facing drug-related charges in connection with the 2023 death of high-profile Charleston attorney David Aylor, according to federal court records.

Records indicate Levi Phillip Miles pleaded guilty on Nov. 10 to two counts related to the possession and distribution of fentanyl and oxycodone, both of which are Schedule II controlled substances.
