Gov. McMaster to give update on years-long effort to remove toxic waste from USS Yorktown

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCBD) – Governor Henry McMaster is expected to make a ‘major announcement’ Wednesday regarding the USS Yorktown Environmental Remediation Project.

S.C. Office of Resilience Chief Officer Ben Duncan and members of the General Assembly will join the governor for his announcement, along with other state and local leaders.
