North Charleston, South Carolina – The son of a 76-year-old South Carolina lady is one of two people charged with maltreatment after she died of sepsis.
Kevin Carl Clark, 40, and Victoria Delaune, 33, have been charged with neglect of a vulnerable adult that resulted in death, according to the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office.
