CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – We are tracking an approaching dry cold front, which will work to bring us a warm – but breezy – end to the weekend!
As the front drops into the Carolinas overnight, we’ll continue to maintain a presence of high clouds. After midnight, southwesterly winds look to gradually increase, keeping temperatures in the 50s or lower 60s through early Sunday morning.
A Lake Wind Advisory is in effect for Berkeley, Orangeburg and Clarendon Counties between 12 AM – 3 PM Sunday. Ahead of the cold front, the aforementioned counties may see occasional gusts up to 35 MPH, mainly near and downwind of Lake Moultrie and Lake Marion.
