SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCSC) – A man has been arrested in connection to the deadly shooting of a man Saturday night at a Berkeley County store.
Harrison Charles Townsend, 18, of Nexton, is charged with murder.
Kymeek T. Traylor, 20, of Summerville died at the scene of the shooting Saturday night from injuries he sustained during the incident.
Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Cpl. Carli Carr says the sheriff’s office responded to the incident at the 500 block of Myers Road near Myers Market. Deputies were called to the scene just before 9:30 p.m. after a store owner said he was watching his security cameras and could see a robbery taking place.
