DORCHESTER COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – A Hanahan man was arrested Saturday night after a Dorchester County crash that killed a man and injured two others.
25-year-old Eliel Lopez Morales was arrested and charged with felony DUI involving death, open container, and driving without a license, the South Carolina Highway Patrol confirmed.
