Family of autistic S.C. student who had gun pulled on him speaks out

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. — The family of an autistic South Carolina student who had a school resource officer pull a gun on him is now calling for more autism sensitivity training.

This comes after the Nov. 7 incident that led to a school resource officer drawing his service weapon on the student and having him lie on the ground at Fort Dorchester High School.
