Ahead of our early-week torrent, a weakening cold front will pass through the Lowcountry tonight. Besides a few brief showers, most areas should remain dry through Monday as drier air develops in the wake of the cold front. Monday morning’s lows are on track to reach the 40s and low 50s.
Overcast skies will prevail on Monday due to a developing cold air damming pattern. Daytime temperatures on Monday will be significantly lower than what was observed on Sunday; coastal areas could rise to near 60°, while inland counties struggle to warm beyond the upper 40s and 50s…
