NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A minor was arrested last week after he was caught with a handgun during a traffic stop, the North Charleston Police Department said.
Around 11:30 p.m., North Charleston officers saw a vehicle parked at Pepperhill Park while it was closed. The vehicle started to leave, and the police conducted a traffic stop.
