CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) — Authorities are investigating after a 17-year-old was killed in a Tuesday evening shooting in downtown Charleston.
Officers responded to Ashley Avenue near Race Street around 6:45 p.m. on Dec. 10 and found the victim deceased at the scene, according to the Charleston Police Department.
