CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A North Charleston man out on bond for charges related to two sexual assaults is accused of breaking into a woman’s home and assaulting her, according to the Charleston Police Department.
Walter Clayton Pate III is charged with burglary, assault and battery, and kidnapping. He was booked at the Al Cannon Detention Center and is held without bond.
