CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – The Charleston County Coroner’s Office has identified a 33-year-old Charleston woman killed during a crash on Rivers Avenue on Wednesday morning.
Sach’e Brown died on the scene at 10 a.m. from injuries sustained in the crash, Coroner Bobbi Jo O’Neal announced.
