CHARLESTON, S.C. (WBCD) – The City of Charleston is moving forward on a plan designed to improve road safety in the area.
The city has been working on its federal Safe Streets for All grant program (SS4A) for about a year. On Tuesday, Kimley-Horn presented its findings for the Safety Action Plan, one of the required phases. Overall, the program aims to reduce traffic-related deaths and serious injuries.
