NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — The North Charleston Police Department is looking for a teenage girl not seen since Monday afternoon.
Police say Emelin Rubio Cabera, 15, went missing around 3 p.m. Monday from the 1500 block of Morris Baker Boulevard.
Cabera is described as being 5 feet tall and about 110 pounds.
She was last seen in blue jeans and a gray sweater…
