NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – The North Charleston Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing teen.
Police say Emelin Rubio Cabera, 15, was last seen on Morris Baker Boulevard at about 3 p.m. on Monday. She was described as standing at 5 feet tall and weighing about 110 pounds. They say she was wearing blue jeans and a grey sweater.
