NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — A Charleston-based nonprofit is working to make sure there are gifts for some in the Lowcountry who would otherwise would go without this Christmas.
Uplift Charleston is set to distribute 200 wrapped gifts and warm jackets to homeless residents on Christmas Eve morning at Maz Fresco grocery store on Ashley Phosphate Road.
