Montague at Park Circle, a 358-unit workforce housing property in North Charleston, has been acquired by Comunidad Partners, a workforce and affordable housing real estate investment firm.
Comunidad said they plan to enhance the apartments with new amenities as well as a pickleball court, pool updates and lounging areas.
“The Charleston market continues to demonstrate exceptional economic and demographic tailwinds.
