CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — Uber has expanded its women preference program to Charleston, allowing riders to request female drivers through the app.
The feature lets women riders select an option called “Women Drivers” when requesting a ride. Female drivers can also request trips with women riders, and both groups can toggle the preference on or off as needed.
