NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A man has been arrested in connection with a deadly New Year’s Day hit and run.
The North Charleston Police Department was responding to a serious crash on Rivers Avenue and Hawthorne Drive around 8 p.m. Thursday when a vehicle struck a pedestrian at the same location.
