BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. – As the New Year begins, women from across Berkeley County and the greater Lowcountry are being invited to pause, reflect and reconnect at a faith-centered gathering set for Saturday, Jan. 17.
The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Oak Grove Family Life Worship Center, located at 2346 N. Hwy. 17A in Bonneau.
Known as Châyâh (pronounced khaw-yaw), the gathering takes its name from a Hebrew word meaning “restore to life.” Organizers say the event is designed to help women awaken their faith, revitalize their spirits and step confidently into God’s purpose at the start of a new year…
