North Charleston streamlines homeless outreach

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – City leaders are posting several signs with QR codes that take people directly to community resources.

North Charleston’s housing coordinator, Brandon Lilienthal, says his office is receiving more calls than in recent years. Many of these callers are homeless or are struggling financially.
