Moncks Corner, SC – A routine traffic stop in Berkeley County escalated into a high-speed pursuit and multiple felony charges after deputies allegedly recovered drugs and a firearm from a suspect late Sunday night.
According to the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office, deputies attempted to stop a white 2007 Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck traveling along North Highway 52 near Horne Street for a vehicle license violation.
