GOOSE CREEK, S.C. (WCSC) — Goose Creek Mayor Gregory Habib and Chief of Police L.J. Roscoe filed a defamation lawsuit over claims dating back to August 2025.
The lawsuit was filed against two individuals, James Bessenger and Jessica Crimi, after claims made in the suit described as falsehoods relating to “crimes, misconduct and personal immorality.”
