CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — The Charleston County Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on a major Charleston roadway on Wednesday morning.
The Charleston County officers responded to a collision between a vehicle and a power pole on Clements Ferry Road, about half a mile from Cainhoy Road.
