Colliers South Carolina has absorbed a team of commercial real estate professionals from a competitor’s stable, a move the company says makes it the largest commercial real estate service provider in the state.
The new team at Colliers was formerly with Lee & Associates Charleston LLC.
In South Carolina, Colliers has more than 225 professionals, 31 million square feet under management, more than $1.3 billion in construction projects under management through its partner project management company, LCK, and an annual transactional volume exceeding $1.5 billion, according to a news release from the firm…
